Online Therapy

Since many of us are living busy lives with traveling, working long hours or moving countries I offer online therapy as well as in person sessions. For many of my clients online therapy has been a way to continue their personal therapy work and progress even through periods when they have little time over. Being expats or living international lives in several countries can make it difficult to commit to in person sessions. Online sessions can therefore be a good solution to make therapy possible when leading lives with a lot of movement.

Before our first session I will email you the details about how the setup works to make sure that you feel comfortable starting therapy online. As the world is changing the therapy space also needs to change to become even more accessible for the persons that want to engage in therapy. The set up with online therapy sessions is just as it would be if we met in person and I go through the same process with the clients as I would in an in person session.

Due to Covid-19 I currently recommend my clients to have their sessions online in order to follow the government guidelines and increase safety.

As in all the methods I work with we will start with talking about you individual goals and preferences for therapy method. I will give you suggestions based in what themes we’ll decide to work with. The first sessions we will explore goals and your life history, both when it comes to relationships, work, interest, family history but also more practical parts of life that affects us such as daily routines.
