In my work I like to take an integrative approach and tailor the sessions to fit the needs of my clients. For me it is important that the methods and framework I use are evidence based. I have trained and educated myself in several different methods which I find gives me and my clients more flexibility to find what works for them. With my clients I like to bring in both mind, emotions and body in the therapy process to give the clients a holistic experience and tools that incorporate several dimensions of personal wellbeing.
